EXERCISE USE

This stretches the deep calf muscle also known as the Soleus muscle, on one leg and using the depth of the step to increase ROM.


INSTRUCTIONS

Stand on a step and put the ball of your foot on the edge of the step. Bend the knee slightly and let your heel drop down towards the ground. You should feel the stretch in your lower calf near to the Achilles.
