K3 | Jump Down and Medial Hop (Opposite Leg)


EXERCISE USE

Advanced Knee stability training for progressing into return to sport following injury or surgery to the knee or ankle


INSTRUCTIONS

On a small box - stand on the affected leg and then hop down on to the same leg and the bound medially onto the opposite leg. Make sure you stick the landing so you don't immeditely put the other foot down or over balance. Your knee should be in line with the middle of yourr foot on take off, and landings, so it doesn't roll inwards. Start off with small jumps and and progress to wider.
