Instructions

In lying keep your lumbar spine in neutral place the leg up onto a door-frame or pole so your other leg can be place in front.
Start close to the wall / pole and move the foot up so you have some neural tension in the back of the leg.

When you straighten your knee, you're going to point your toe at the same time. So when you bend your knee,
you need to then bring the foot towards you so you are keeping the tension relatively the same throughout
the whole movement.

The second way of doing it for people who are a little bit irritable, so you start by taking the tension all the way
off until there's no symptoms.

Special Notes
For those who are irritable, take the tension all the way off into knee flexion with each rep.
