EXERCISE USE

INSTRUCTIONSIn standing, grab the pole evenly in both hands. Lift the pole above you so it goes to about head height. Then lower slowly again. As you get better you can increase the height above your head. |

SPECIAL NOTESYou can angle the pole to avoid abduction so your injured shoulder is more externally rotated. See the education video for more info. |
