INSTRUCTIONSAttach the band to your foot or around a low solid object. Place you arm into 45-90 degrees abduction and move from neutral through range externally. Aim for 90 degrees (back of wrist on floor). If you don't have the range, don't force it or you will compensate. Just work within the range that you have |
