EXERCISE USE
|
INSTRUCTIONSLoop one back around the same shoulder then through a fixed pole or object, then hold with the opposite hand. Slightly retract and then externally rotate the shoulder with the same side. Use your opposiute hand as the anchor for the band resistance. Don't let the scapula pull or move forwards, keeping retraction or backward pressure / tension on the band. |
