WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC WITH HIP REHAB?

Hip and Groin Injury Rehab - 16 Week Exercise Rehabilitation Program

Due to the complex nature of hip and groin injuries, a generic rehab approach often falls short. Like the shoulder, the hip is a ball-and-socket joint with both stabilizer and power muscles, but it also bears weight and plays a crucial role in leg movement and knee stability.

Numerous muscles, tendons, and soft tissue structures surround the hip and groin, each with specific functions—and any of them can become a source of pain or dysfunction. That’s why your rehabilitation program must go beyond addressing just "weak glutes" or flexibility. It should comprehensively target mobility, strength, stability, and neuromuscular control.

This program takes you through six progressive stages across 16 weeks, using the latest and most effective exercises. You'll receive detailed instructions, sets and reps, and educational videos to help you execute each movement with proper form and technique—supporting a successful recovery and a return to full activity, or even better performance than before your injury.
