A3 | Toe Walks


Progressive isometric loading for the Achilles tendon and calf, strengthening the ability to move from one foot to another whilst keeping a plantar flexed position


Raise up onto both balls of the feet. Once you have your balance, slowly step forwards on 'tippy toes' so you stay plantar flexed up on the balls of your feet between steps. Don't let the heel drop down when you take each step.
